About me
I’m a Registered Associate Nutritionist with an AfN-accredited BSc degree in Human Nutrition, offering evidence-led guidance grounded in science and shaped by real life.
Having transitioned from a career in corporate fintech into nutrition, I offer a unique blend of scientific training, behavioural insight and real-world understanding to my freelance practice.
I’ve lived and worked in New York, Melbourne, Wellington and London, and draw on a wide range of cultural and professional experiences to shape an approach to wellbeing that is inclusive, realistic and kind.
Before I retrained as a Nutritionist, I was working closely with executive leadership and teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments — experiences that shape the way I work today.
My sessions are practical, engaging and grounded, creating space for clarity and meaningful change. At the heart of what I do is a commitment to helping people build a confident, sustainable relationship with food and to develop an internal authority to guide your own choices with ease and trust.
