I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call before you commit to anything. It's a chance to connect, talk through what you're looking for, and get a feel for whether my way of working is the right fit for you.

I'll be straightforward about what working together involves.

My approach is centred on sustainable change, not quick fixes. Working together involves a commitment to yourself over a number of weeks — something we’ll explore honestly and clearly during our conversation.

All programmes begin with a 75-minute Initial Consultation. This is where we make sense of where you are now, what you really want, and what's been getting in the way.

If you'd prefer a standalone session, whether to get a clearer picture of your current intake or to explore working together before committing to a programme then a one-off consultation is also available. This follows the same format and still requires completion of an intake form ahead of the call so I can prepare properly for you.

Initial Consultation — 75 minutes

Cost £85.00

This call takes place online via Teams. We'll work through your health history, lifestyle, energy levels, schedule and current patterns to help inform and set realistic goals.

In the session we will:

  • Work through the details you've shared on your intake form, in depth and without judgement

  • Define your goals clearly, beyond the vague and into the specific

  • Set realistic expectations for what our time together can achieve

Following this consultation I offer two programmes for you to consider joining: The Eight (8 weeks) and The Twelve (12 weeks), each priced separately and outlined below. Where it feels more suitable, a single follow-up session is also available at £55.

The Eight

Focused 1:1 support that offers clarity, reduces overwhelm and nurtures achievable change. 

8 weeks of focused, practical support to make sense of your own patterns: your cycle, your energy, your stress load, and where your best intentions tend to come unstuck. We’ll focus on where priorities need to shift and build sustainable foundations from there.

  • 3 × 30-minute follow-up sessions

  • Your Personal Nutrition Framework — a bespoke written plan built around your goals, life stage, and patterns

  • Practical food guidance, evidence-based resources, and meal ideas tailored to you

  • WhatsApp check-ins between sessions

The Twelve

Longer-term 1:1 support to embed consistency, rewire habits and maintain progress.

The Twelve is designed for those who want sustained support embedding changes into real life. Our work together over 12 weeks aims to move you towards a way of eating that adapts as life shifts and one you're not fighting to maintain. 

What's included:

  • 1 × 75-minute initial consultation

  • 5 × 30-minute follow-up sessions

  • Your Personal Nutrition Framework — a bespoke plan that we’ll review and refine as you progress

  • Practical food guidance, evidence-based resources, and meal ideas tailored to you

  • Written session summary after every call

  • Planned WhatsApp check-ins between sessions to review, adjust, and keep moving
