Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read this before booking
Thank you for choosing to work with me. This policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, protecting your time and mine, with the understanding that real-life moments come up for all of us.
1. Booking & Payment
All appointments must be booked in advance through my Calendly booking link. Your session is confirmed once payment has been received.
Single sessions Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
Packages — The Eight & The Twelve Full payment is required 7 days prior to your initial consultation, unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance. Where a payment plan is in place, the agreed schedule must be maintained throughout the programme.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details and a pre-consultation form. Please complete this at least 24 hours before your initial appointment so I can prepare effectively for you.
2. Cancellation Policy
Single sessions
More than 48 hours' notice
You may reschedule to any available slot at no charge, or receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
24–48 hours' notice
You may reschedule once to an alternative slot within 4 weeks at no additional charge.
Refunds are not available within this window, but your payment will be held for rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show
The session fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. I reserve the right to waive this at my sole discretion in exceptional circumstances — please reach out directly and I will always try to be reasonable.
Packages
Packages represent a commitment to the full programme. Cancellation within 7 days of your initial consultation and no-shows will be charged at the full package rate.
Once your initial consultation has taken place, the package is non-refundable. If you wish to withdraw from a package before your initial consultation, a full refund will be issued provided more than 7 days' notice is given.
3. Rescheduling
Single sessions — You may reschedule up to once per booking, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.
— Rescheduled sessions must take place within 4 weeks of the original date.
— If you need to reschedule a second time, a rebooking fee of 50% of the session cost will apply.
Packages Follow-up sessions are scheduled at our mutual discretion across the duration of your programme. We'll agree timings together and adjust where needed. If you need to move a follow-up session, please give as much notice as possible so we can find an alternative slot. Flexibility is built in — a quick message goes a long way.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to appear.
Single sessions
Full refund applicable for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours, or for no-shows.
Packages
Full refund applicable for cancellations made more than 7 days before the initial consultation.
No refund will be issued for any cancellations made within 7 days of the initial consultation, or once the initial consultation has taken place.
5. Cancellation by Me
I will always do my best to honour your consultation booking. In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session:
I will give you as much notice as possible.
You will be offered the choice of a full refund or priority rescheduling at a time that works for you.
For package clients, any cancellation on my part will not count against your allocated sessions, your programme continues unaffected.
6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your session, the remaining time will still be used as best as possible but the session cannot be extended beyond the original end time.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, this may be treated as a no-show at my discretion.
7. Scope of Service
My services are provided as nutrition guidance and education. They do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for the advice of a doctor or other qualified health professional. If you have a medical condition, please ensure this is indicated on your consultation form and consult your GP before beginning any nutrition programme.
